I'm Nicola Disley
Nicola has always believed that dance is the ultimate language of connection. From choreographing routines on the playground as a child to earning a Bachelor of Arts in Dance, her journey has been defined by a fierce love for movement and a passion for sharing it with others. Since becoming a qualified teacher and choreographer in 2004, she has dedicated her career to helping people of all ages and skill levels find their footing.
While her expertise spans the globe and ranges from coaching beginners to refining experts, Nicola’s true joy lies in the wedding first dances. She understands that for many couples, the dance floor can feel like a "big, scary world."
Her mission is to change that.
Whether it’s a grand, cinematic routine or a simple, intimate moment, Nicola approaches every couple with the same philosophy: no idea is too big, and no experience is required. She thrives on watching her clients’ confidence bloom, guiding them from their first nervous steps to the realization that they belong in the spotlight. For Nicola, there is no greater reward than helping a couple discover what they can achieve together through the magic of dance.
Meet The Wedding
Whisperers
Elayna began her teaching journey at the age of 15, creating routines for herself and others to perform in local competitions and showcases.
Growing up in a rural town, attending classes in the city was a major part of her high school years, including participation in NSW State Dance Ensemble’s and several holiday intensives with Sydney Dance Company, Australasian Dance Collective and P.A.R.T.S Brussels.
Her love for ballet and contemporary dance led her to pursue a Diploma of Performing Arts at Ev & Bow.​
After graduation, Elayna remained dedicated to dance education. She began teaching dance in high schools and managing her own dance studio. She helped dancers prepare for full-time course applications and developed engaging dance classes for adults in the community.​​
Elayna's dedication to dance extends beyond the studio. She is continually expanding and refining her skills and knowledge of movement through study, attending workshops, and participating in training sessions.
